Sacred 1 gold gog version on newer notebook laptop with Win10 :: YES it runs fluently :-)


Sacred gold gog**
** is Win10 compatible version ((but english audio only))
version2.0.0.4 --- gog2.28

I installed this Sacred on my friends notebook / laptop (mid-class of 2015, 8GB Ram, Windows10 home 64bit).



First, in sacred loading screen, bar at 10percent
screen was frozen. ... ... I had to shotdown Win10 and restarted.

Retry, same result. In sacred loading screen, bar at 10percent
screen was frozen. ... ... I had to shotdown Win10 and restarted.



Then I started Sacred Settings (config.exe)
( see in startmenu, seperate programme, it is not in-game! )

and changed (external) settings to:
YES fullscreen
NO play movies
YES 32bit color
NO Filter-A.A.
YES Vid.compat.mode
YES log file
y/n sound



Then, I started Sacred
loading screen ok
character selection ok
new campain start ok
in-game ok, running around fps ok and fluently :-)

Well it runs fluently
but Videos and HiQ must be off, still.
I will try to fix this soon.
