Any specific sections? I just downloaded the manual and it looks okay. I'm using the manual from the Extras and not the one installed with the game.

I guess he is referring to the pictures, which all have extremely low resolution.

There is a slightly better version on Replacementdocs.

Ah, might be. I didn't really pay attention to the pictures. None of the text looked out of place or illegible in either copy I looked at. =)
