Just starting out Sacred2 but am reading guides and wikis that say eventually you should have 4 skills around 75 high by level 75. How does it happen, you only get 1 point per level to add and i have only found 4 relative runes by level 4 - does points awarded pick up, are there rune gumball machines, temple begging or training camps?

The amount of skill points you gain per level slowly increase. Especially once you have some bonuses to Magic Find. Don't be surprised if you end up having to sell runes, because your stash is full of them. :)
