I had this installed years ago and I recall there was a some fan mod that fixed a lot of issues. After some searching I'm not sure which mod pack, or version of this mod I need. I just have Sacred Gold. Anyone know of a reliable link to this patch? Thanks!

See the list of fixes on PCGamingWiki. The choice between PureHD and Sacred NL depends on what you want from the game.
