What level should I be to even attempt to kill a dragon?? Im currently Level 37 Battle Mage and they are still kicking my butt lol. Any ideas??

Dragons level with the character. Though are normally 1 to 10 levels higher. Dragon levels appear to become locked when you first encounter them, until you close the game down.
Ranged attacks tend to work best (Though I have taken a few down in melee), either weapons or spells. Just continue to chugg health potions during battle.

With the gladiator and dwarf, I was able to beat them by moving in and attacking really close. The dragons seem to have a min range, so if you keep moving in while your specials recharge, it's fairly simple. Just watch out for the breath weapon.

I get creamed by dragons, not because I can't avoid the attacks (the almost endless chain casting of meteor shower is annoying), but what does me in is constantly backing into other creatures that seem to endlessly regenerate around me and add into the battle.

I will have to agree but it just takes patients. Now that I can do it i just use firebolt lol. Not to mention my safety box is full of other character abilities. Im running out of room lol. I save all mine and export and open a local area game with my mate and then we just jump in and out with out characters swapping wepons and character skills.
