Some times doors won't open and I can not progress. This has happened in different places and levels.. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You

Some doors connot be opened, some can be opened after some progress on some quests. In what places you cannot open?

It is a game glitch.. I thought I read somewhere about a patch but not sure.. right now it is happening in the underworld part .
