Congratulations on the most vague post I've seen in a long time. You want to expand on that, in plain english?

Try uninstalling Sacred 2 and (if it is still there) delete the Sacred 2 folder. This will ensure no patch files are remaining. Then reinstall the game and then the CM 1.60. If it still doesn't work, please post a copy of the full error message.
