Why is a game made by a Spanish Team and Published by an Spanish Publisher not available in Spanish.
I agree is not right not having Spanish in this case. I understand it's not easy to get all the languages for all the games in all platforms, but the original language of a game should always be an option.

I'm Spanish and yet I bought the 3 Runaway games in English, it's not like I mind it to play in English and well, English fits with characters and scenario. But I now feel obligated to keep another DRM-free version of the first game in my drive because that one includes Spanish (it was given free for some days in some promotion of another game). At least with that one I have that option... but I can't play Runaway 2 in Spanish. (I see Runway 3 has Spanish at least).

I would like to have the option at least, even if playing it in English is not something I dislike. Also there could be foreign users that would like to play it in Spanish, specially if they know the language.

I'm the same opinion. I own these games already but would be interest to play them in the original and even buy them again here on GOG.
Maybe the reason there is no Spanish because GOG believes it is a French game series. It is the only explanation I can think for them being part of the "Vive la France" weekend promo...

It is a shame, because if they included the original Spanish version I would buy all of them on GOG without a second thought.

Indeed, it is probably as French as was the French resistance in WWII ...
Sarcasm aside, gog may have got it through some French distributor (Bulkypix?), I guess Blacksad is also considered French given the sad situation of our culture business ...

Sometimes it's a licensing problem. Daedalic had this too in the past, but with german language.

Been looking up wikipedia. Starting from runaway 2 the spanish versions were always published later than the german and french ones. Probably because those markets matter, while Spain's PC market is more akin to Port Royale.

¡MECAGÜENLAFALTADEVERSIONES!
I recently bought all three Runaway games assuming they hava a spanish version. It´s so sad seeing there is not a spanish version. I hope they solve it.
