For those who wants to play in French, here is a trick to have the cinematics works:
1) install Runaway 2 in english
2) copy all files in the Datav folder in a temporary folder (tempDatav)
3) uninstall Runaway 2
4) install Runaway 2 in french
5) copy all files in tempDatav to Datav of the french version, replace all existing files
Now you can play the game with all cinematics in French.
