After a while I took up my second game playthrough to finish it and then start a new game +... although halloween had already passed and Holidays too, I am in a curious situation, the head of my character continues on fire (halloween update) and the karma boxes are gifts (holidays update) and there is no way to return the normal appearance to the character.
I've started a new game + and the same thing keeps happening. Even if I change the outfit of my character, his head and the boxes continue with those aspects. Anyone knows any solution to this? I just want the original aspect of the character

Hm. This is weird, never heard of a similar issue before.
Let's do this. Wait until the newest update (should be today or tomorrow at the very least) and see if the issue resolves itself.
We'll add Winter mod again, you'll be able to activate it in Options > Gameplay.

...and nope, my head is still on fire after de Anihilation update. Even the boxes are gifts, i tried my current game with the winter mod activated and without it, but the boxes and the head are still the same. When I start de Colosseum mode the head of the character are ok it's the default... so I guess the only thing I can do is maybe unistall and delete all the data and reinstall the game (not a big deal) but i'm wonder, could I resume my actual new game + if I do so?

We support cloud saves, so you should be able to continue your game after reinstall. Just in case, back up your save folder and afterwards, let me know if this helps.
You're the first one to be having those issues, but if nothing changes after reinstall, I'll see whether our programmers can help.

Uninstalling the game (with all data deleted) did not solve it. Starting a new game solves it. I backed up my save folder, and I had an idea. I tried to delete all the data again and start a new game (all fine), when the configuration files were generated again, I tried to paste the file of my saved new game + (only the saved game file) in the folder with the new configuration files (from the new game where the head of my character is normal, by default), thinking that maybe there's some parameter in some ".ini" files that might is the cause of this... even doing that when I resume my new game + the head of my character is on fire and the boxes are gifts.
Obviously what causes this is in the saved file, even the one in the cloud (if I delete all the local data and synchronize with the cloud data everything remains the same).

The thing is that if I want to continue my new game + I only can do it on fire. And to start a new game + with all by default, I would have to play the game again in hard (the difficulty I choose) to be able to start a new game + after beat that new game... I really love your game but I don't have unlimited time to spare on it u.u
