In the Tutorial i need to open the wheel with Y on my controller to select Energy Shield but it doesn't work. I can open the radial and highlight Energy Shield but nothing happens. How do i select the Energy Shield? Unable to continue the game due to this problem.

I'm using an xbox360 controller with stock drivers (no special software). The controller otherwise works fine in this game and other games.

Just for the sake of clarity, let me say that selecting a skill on the radial menu means simply highlighting it, no need to press any other key.

Solution: keep trying. It worked for me after several more attempts at button-mashing. It seemed to require a press or release of one button while Energy Shield was highlighted.
