When I move the mouse cursor to the right border of the screen the game refuses to scroll. It works to all other sites though (fullscreen mode). Any ideas?

I can't think of a reason but just for information can you tell us:

Whether you are running from Launcher.exe (This is what the shortcut runs) or RCT.exe
What resolution you are using (Check if it occurs with all 3 fullscreen resolutions)
If your screen is a TFT/LCD type display, what is its native resolution
What OS you are running on

If anyone else encounters it, then any recurring attributes can help track down the cause.

Never mind, was using the stock exe instead of the launcher. With the launcher I have now issues.
