Is there a Sandbox Mode in Rollercoaster Tycoon 2? If not, is there a blank park/sandbox I can download?

RCT2 has a Map/Secario editor..
Also the Six Flags park maps are fairly blank. Although there is not all that much room for too many epic projects though pleanty of space for an avarge park..
There are "sandbox" maps you can download but having stupid ammounts of cash defeats the onject for me.
I want to be able to play like 'Theme Park' was big empty land and work for everything still.

Okay so there is sort of one, but there may be more that I don't know yet, I just started playing again recently. I know you can go into a free roller coaster building mode with huge map and no money limit. There's a scenario editor but I don't know what it does.

I know how. Go to the secario editor and pick the rides then click next and put the land on 256x256 click on the land giver and just keep on going and then you put no money and put on "build roller coasters" then save and done!
