I just bought this game and every time I try to launch it I get the following:
Please insert your RollerCoaster Tycoon Loopy Landscapes Pack CD in the following drive - [insert empty greyed out box and two greyed out buttons here]"

Pushing enter or either of the buttons ends the program and gives me: "Game Initialization Failed - Missing or inaccessible data file"

Anyone have any clue how to resolve this? I really want to play this game.

EDIT: Uninstalling and re installing fixed the issue.

I am having the same exact issue. My game worked fine the first night I bought it.

EDIT: Just noticed the fix, but is this only temporary? I am assuming this can happen at anytime. Regardless guys, you should probably back up your saves to be safe.

I have the same problem, I just installed this game on a removable drive and now it asks for the Loopy Landscapes CD every time I try to start the program, and the window that pops up telling me which drive to put the CD in is blank as are both buttons, clicking either causes the "Missing or inaccessible data file" message to pop up. The game worked fine when I first installed it, does this mean I need to uninstall/reinstall every time I want to play?

Try right-click - run as admin.

I had this problem on Windows 10. Running as Admin didn't work but re-installing fixed it for some reason...
