When I open RCT it starts making sounds but the screen is all black then the picture comes in in black and white and wont let you click on anything to make it passed there?

Im using windows 7 64bit

Ive tried reinstalling it and Ive figured out the only way to get the black and white picture to show up is to change the brightness on my screen?
