I noticed there's a cheat code for the game which allows for "large movies on billboards".

My question is how to use videos at all! I didn't even know you could use videos on billboards in the game. Can someone tell me how to do this/what file format it needs to be in?

My first bet would be animated gifs but I've never heard of video billboards and I just got back into the game after about 5 years not playing any RCT game.
