I have RCT3 on my desktop, have played for several weeks without issue, and now it won't run. Clicking on the shortcut does nothing, as does double-clicking on the RCT3plus.exe icon. The same has happened with my laptop. I redownloaded and reinstalled and it worked for one day, then it quit again. You can see the RCT3plus.exe running in Windows Task Manager, but it stops after five seconds.
