I seem to be having a problem with RCT2 (I just purchased it), I highest resolution I can get it to go to is 1280x1024, even though I'm using a 1920x1080 desktop res. Do you know anything about this?

I also have reso issue. Whenever I try to change it, game crashes on me...
Lenovo G505s, Windows 8 x64, natively at 1366*768.

A tried this on my other machine, Acer AO 722, Win 7 x64, nat 1366*768, it changes reso just fine there. Maybe it's Win8-related?

It is. Set it to 1280x720.

A post by user Levis on this thread on New Element explains how to set a custom resolution, but it doesn't seem to work on the GOG version.

I can't find a download button (On the wsgf site) to download the Widescreen-Patch. Can someone help me?

Widescreen can be accessed 'in game'. Start a game and go to options up the top left. I found that the game works best on my system at 1280x960, otherwise I have black bars at the top and bottom :)
