I'm on a laptop with Windows 10 - game seems to run fine but there is no sound at all. I checked in the volume mixer and the sound is turned up, and I ALT-TABed in and out of the game. Any known issues/fixes?

In the game's options, manually choose a sound driver other than Primary.

You could try OpenRCT2?
