When you create a patrol area for a staff member and the blue marks appear above ground instead of below ground, will the staff member only go above, below, or both?

Its just displayed weirdly, and hard to assign sometimes, but patrol areas apply to all levels, above, below and right on the ground, provided the staff can reach those places (stairs within their patrol too if they're supposed to cover both).

Just FYI a little RCT1 oddity, peeps don't ever vomit or litter underground, so don't bother assigning handymen there.

Alright, thanks for the little tip.. Also, I asked this since I needed Repairmen around some of the ride's exits that were underground, but it's nice to know the peep thingy too.
