Both games gives me the following error when i try to start them:

This application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022)

i tried:

- every compatibility
- adding the exe-s to the antivirus exception list
- downloading old direct x's
- run as administrator
- restart the computer
- reinstall the game
- reinstall the game while antivirus disabled
- sfc scan
- "clean" windows start

Is there any fix for this or i just screwed my money on two, broken games?

Did you make sure you fulfill the requirements? RCT1 and RCT2 need older graphic cards to work properly.

ATI/AMD compatibility notice: RollerCoaster Tycoon: Deluxe requires graphic card drivers version 13.4 or older.



You could also try compatibility modes or check the existing threads for solutions.

If everything fails you can always ask GoG support. They will try to help you getting it to run and if they don't succeed you can ask for a refund.

So i don't know how, but after like 100th tries Windows popped up a window, that i need to install DirectPlay for the game. So i did, and now it works.
