Is there a way to play this game on OSX Lion?

Yes, indeed! I have been using the Rollercoaster series on my MBP under a Lion installation for a while now. But, you will need to use some sort of a Wine wrapper to get them to work.

I suggest going to http://www.paulthetall.com and seeing the list of Game Ports/Wrappers this guy has made. All the Rollercoaster games have downloadable wrappers from his website. He seems to use Gamergate installers in his wrappers, but you can instead use GOG versions too. This is what I do.
