I've tried everything listed on the support page but all I get when I run the program is three seconds of black, then a Windows error message that says a problem made the program stop (really helpful), I wrote the support team but haven't received a reply yet. Does anyone know of a fix for this. $20 bucks is a lot to pay for 3 seconds of black.
