I've noticed that the right-clicking for me is extremely finicky for some reason, and tends to scroll me around the map no matter how still I try to keep my cursor over an object. The only way I can seem to get things to delete properly is to not touch the mouse/tablet whatsoever, and click the laptop's built-in mouse buttons below the touchpad. Seeing as I never actually use the right-click scrolling function, can I disable it somehow?

On my previous laptop, this gave me no issue, and seemed to automatically regulate right-clicks to object deletion.

Most Mouse driver control panels have an option to configure mouse buttons individually for certain programs. Go to the Windows Control Panel and look for your mouse settings. You usually just have to pick the program you want to set up different mouse behavior for and configure the buttons. As for the right mouse button, it should be no problem to deactivate it (no function or remap it to a a key that has no meaning within the game)

Have a good look around your mouse settings and play with everything that sounds like sensitivity. You're moving the mouse a tiny bit while rightclicking or it's so hypersensitive it imagines you do, so you want to make the mouse react less precisely. One previous mouse I had had a really explicit setting for that "how much movement before it counts as dragging" but usually its some more generic term.

I don't think anything can be done in the game. But for other questions it won't hurt to specify which rct you're actually playing as even 1 and 2 have slight differences.
