New computer, redownloaded RCT3. Now I can't open anything, rides, stalls, galleries, etc. They are put in place and appear to be connected to the paths but clicking on the open lag does nothing.

No. Even sent a mechanic to check out a gallery. He went in and inspected it as usual. People seem to go in but it is listed as closed and there is no revenue. This happens with all placements.
