I am currently running Vista and am looking to upgrade to a new machine. The number of 4k screens I keep running into on the laptops that I like is rather annoying. Anyone tried one with any of the RTC series (new RTCW beta included)? My assumption is that it would make the UI pretty much unplayable, though it would be nice to be wrong about that.

RCT1 and RCT2 are technologically incapable of this. Maybe OpenRCT2 can get to that, but natively, no. Even if they could run it, everything would be veeeeery tiny.

Even OpenTTD hasn't got big buttons down yet, but hopefully OpenRCT 2 would get that down pat.

Hi, OpenRCT2 dev here.

My primary system has a 4k screen and yes, you can play openrct2 in such a high resolution.

We have an option to scale the game, so you can actually enjoy it :)

We mostly use reddit /r/openrct2/ for communications, so feel free to post your questions there.
