If you complete the game multiple times, the game will become increasingly difficult, to the point that enemies will make even an LV507 character obsolete. If you want to restart without losing your gear, go to your savefile profile in Windows, and delete all files except the one with BP in the name. This will retain your manor, equipment, and runes. The Traitor class might be relocked.
