I have Food Poisoning and I have tried most everything in my kit but nothing seems to have any effect. I then die with little to no warning. It says the level of Food Poisoning is "Worrying" but that is all.
What would be the correct course of action to resolve this issue and how long does it take to resolve; is it instant?

I'm battling flu myself, neither vitamins or antibiotics seem to help. Although when getting to a warmer place and taking a huge load of both vitamins and antibiotics sometimes help.

Well, I have no idea if you are correct and I will never find out as this is one terrible game and will not be playing it again.

No problem. And I understand the game isn't for everyone - plus it does require that you invest a lot of time in learning the gameplay. And yes, there are flaws.
But still, I like it. I think it's unique, interesting and in some ways very clever, and I hope that, if you're ever stuck on a rainy day with nothing to do, you'll give it another chance. :-)
