Maby it will help somebody - run this game in widowed mode in full screen using external app:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/dxwnd/

Tested on i5-4200u.

Game is also very sensitive to underclocking cpu

Already got the program, now how to I use said program to the game? Tried reading the manual, it makes no sense to my illiterate computer language understanding.

Can you help or at least a simple step-by-step?

In DXWnd go to Edit , Add and use this settings for full screen game.
