Hi there,

I am not able to use any mouse buttons. So I am stuck in the main menu without any chance to move further. Any ideas? Thx.

I'm having the same issue. The support suggests that we install it in a simple folder (C:/). It didn't work. Disconnecting the mouse within the game didn't work either.

Another support page tells us to go to the Control Panel and disable a notification (when apps try to make modifications to our computer, which is something Game.exe (Robin Hood's executable) tries to do every time. I'm still looking for a solution.

I also tried using a touchpad and a mouse for left-clicking. Neither worked. The games simply does not recognize left-clicks.

Administrative rights have no effect.

I found a solution for this.

Rename the Game.exe file found in the game's instalation folder to anything other than "Game" and "Robin Hood".
In my case, this allowed the left-click to work, but it caused the game to run very very slowly, and I'm still working on a way to fix that.

But it's progress!
After contacting support and trying a bunch of things by myself, I found a fix to both the left-click issue and the slowness.

Here's what I did:
- Clean installation of Robin Hood, no matter the folder.
- Renamed Game.exe within the game's folder to Game Robin Hood.exe. The game now works with the left-click, but is slow like hell whenever playing it or browsing the main menu.
- Downloaded dgVooDoo2 launcher from dege.freeweb.hu/dgVoodoo2/dgVoodoo2.html. My version was version 2.54.
- From the downloaded dgVooDoo2, I copied the 3 dlls found in the MS folder to the game's folder. Those files are D3D8.dll, D3Dlmm.dll, and DDraw.dll.
- Copied dgVoodooCpl.exe to the game's folder.
- Ran dgVoodooCpl.exe and under the DirectX tab I checked the "Fast video memory access" on the miscellaneous section. The configured videocard was dgVoodoo Virtual 3D Accelerated Card.
- Then I ran the game directly through the Game Robin Hood.exe.

The game now works with its normal speed, fullscreen or windowed, with the left-click working properly. I hope that helps anyone else coming against this.

Good luck!

EDIT: For whatever reason, I'm not yet allowed to post links. so be aware that the link to the dgVoodoo website needs to have an https:// before the link itself.
