Hey there. Many thanks for getting in touch with us,

The issue with the game installation of Robin Hood: The Legend of Sherwood on some devices via the GOG GALAXY client is a known issue and we are looking into addressing it from our end.

The best workaround for this specific problem, is to download / install the game via the standalone installers that you have had already mentioned.

Once the game is installed, the launcher itself should be able to detect it automatically, and allow you to boot it up via the client directly. If for some reason that does not happen on it's own, you can always import the game into the launcher doing the following:
> Launch GOG GALAXY
> Click cog icon at the top left corner
> Select "add games & friends" > "Scan folders for GOG Games"
> Select folder where your games have been installed

Apologies for any inconvenience caused and if you have any other questions that you would like to ask, then feel free to reply to this e-mail and let me know.

Best regards,
GOG Customer Support

This doesn't seem to work. I'm unable to download using the standalone installer. I'm getting an error that says "The file could not be located in the installer's folder. Please make sure that the file is in the correct folder, or specify its current location"??

Have the same problem and the "work around" did not work. Any updates on how this can be fixed?
