I just finished the mission where I met Allan & sent him off with the ransom for the king. I returned to Sherwood forest & now I'm only getting ambush missions instead of moving the story forward. I'm wondering if the game somehow didn't register that I've already collected (and sent) the 100,000 pounds? I saw my money drop from about 113k down to 13k as soon as the previous mission ended, but the messages I'm getting when I complete an ambush still say things like "this will help Robin collect the money for the ransom".

Has anyone else encountered this? I have a save file from just before I clicked the "end mission" button after sending Allan off. I've considered loading that & ending it again, to see if anything changes, because to be honest, the ambushes get boring quickly. Although now I can practice speedrunning the different maps, I guess.

Just a follow-up, in case this bug is encountered by other folks: I tried reloading at the end of the "meet Allan" mission. This time when I ended the mission and got back to Sherwood, I immediately got the "spies are back from scouting" message and the mission to take York was available. I'm still not sure what caused the initial problem, but forcing the game to recalculate appears to have fixed it. I've played through this game multiple times and haven't ever encountered this before; hopefully I can finish the last 2 missions without issues this time!
