Hello everyone. I came with one major problem. I tryed to search it in the internet but I have found anything about my problem. The problem is that I can' t fast travel to my ship and when I try to travel to the other island the game crashes and then the two files come to games folder in dumps section. One of them is a note file, other one is DMP . When I open the note it shows me this text :

Exception Code ... EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION
Description ...... The thread attempts to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have access.

Can someone suggest me what to do, it looks like not common problem, so I don't know if I be able to solve this.

How about checking your RAM and storage (hard drives and SSDs).

If you need help on how to do that, you must first tell us what oerating system you are using (Windows 9? Linux Hacky v69?)
I have 4 GB of RAM(3,25 GB usable), HDD with 395 GB (350 free space) and I'm using Windows 7
