I just got Risen a few days ago.
I played it on my Windows 11 laptop and found an issue with the graphics in the initial area. The lightning was literally causing all kinds of graphical glitches.
So I thought, maybe the external monitor I'm playing on, so I have a Windows 11 gaming computer. I tried it on that had the same graphical glitch. Both of the computers had a Nvidia 4060 RX. So I pulled out my 10 year old computer with a 2060 and Windows 10. It worked flawlessly.
My guess is that there was a change in Windows 11 that is causing the graphics glitch. It won't keep you from playing but if you have issues with flashing lights, it will KO you ability to enjoy the game.
