The location is not selectable in the world map. There's no frame around it.

I'm on 5/6 in Eldric's "The Swarm" quest.

Bones is on my ship and his "A Message From The World Of The Living" is in my journal. However, I can't talk to him about it. I can only tell him to join me and get him to teach me skills.

The only other quests in the journal are the Treasure Isle ones with the three exploding graves and the legendary item/crafting ones.

I used console commands to complete The Swarm, Message From... (both Living and Afterlife) and The Split Soul. It didn't help much because I don't know what to do next anyway.

Turns out you're supposed to talk to Alverez or Chani (depending on who you sided with) to make progress.
