I recently re-installed this game and found that every few seconds the screen would go completely black, and then the game would resume. This made it unplayable. I searched the forums here and on Steam and tried all the fixes I found. I tried forcing windowed mode, but that didn't work. I tried multiple different resolutions and no luck. Finally, I set the refresh rate at 50hz instead of 60 (in the in-game menu). Game plays perfect now. Just a tip for anyone else having the same issue.
