I'm currently playing the game on windows 7 - 64 bit and I just noticed that the markings on the map do not appear. (For example: I just entered chapter 2 and and I followed Betty to the first chest where she says that she'll mark the places of where the other Unmarked Graves are located, but none of the markings appear.) This bug occurs any time anyone tries to mark something on my map, none of the markings show up on my map. Can anyone help? I originally purchased a physical copy of Risen a couple years ago and I remember seeing things marked on my map when I played it then.

I'm guessing you're looking at the regular map (M key). Quest markings are in the quest map, which is only accessible via the quest menu (L key). I don't know why PB thought that was a good idea, but that's the way it is.

You're absolutely right, I had no idea I was looking at the standard map. That's weird they didn't just put the markings on the standard map instead of having 2 different maps. Thank you for your help.
