colonel74: As the topic says. The manual offered on GOG is incomplete. The original manual that came with the game has extra sections on the factions, main characters, bestiary & a section on herbs & plants. This extra information I found adds a lot to the backstory of the game. Why is it that GOG offers an incomplete manual?

The manual for Risen on GOG (and steam) is an English & French version which lacks some of the information contained in the English manual contained in my boxed copy. These pages give details about the factions, characters, beasts and herbs found on the island and a walkthrough for the opening scenes.
