silverooster: That's strange. Could you tell me if they are saved if you just click Accept Settings and then exit the Launcher and start it again?
I've also had this issue and first time it didn't take, but second time it did. However I can't find the resolution. Why didn't you guys default to desktop resolution? This is 2013 desktop res should be default by now.

Depends. I have a 2008 PC that barely runs UE3 games.

That's clearly not a gaming PC and shouldn't used for modern games. Most pc gamers can run on at least medium settings. Don't punish us by not at least starting on desktop resolution.
