I have found both episode 1 secret level and Tombstone in episode 2 but I don't want to miss episode 3 secret level or episode 4 the Grand vomitorium in ROTT 2013. could someone PLEASE tell me how to get to both the last two episodes secret levels?

thank you but it doesn't tell me AT ALL what level the episode 4 secret exit is in, it forces me to find all the secrets in episode 4 hoping that the secret exit is one of them. episode 4 secret level: Escape from the Vomitorium is the one I most want to play WHERE THE HELL IS IT?!
