Am stuck in a large room with a bouncy platform a moving platform and what appears to be a platform and a switch which when pressed goes green for a few seconds then red. No apparent way out. Anyone cleared this?

I got stuck on this one for ages, I thought the map was broken. It took watching someone play it on youtube to find the answer.

When you press that switch and it goes green? A door opens. And by the time it turns red, the door has closed. There's sirens and flashing lights too from memory.
