How do I play the Dark War extra levels? I unzipped the more levels folder in the game files but I don't know what to do from there.

unfortunately, it fails to load the extras in the setup because it doesn't detect the music and sends me to the sound setup menu. upon choosing a sound setup that I know bugger all about, it still doesn't let me play the extra levels and boots me back to the 4 Dark War episodes.
