So I just bought Rise of the Triad for $14.99, seeing it as a great deal since I would get three classic games along with a new remake. Unfortunately, as soon as I bought it, only the new game showed up on my account and the classic games were nowhere to be found. Anyone else having this issue?

EDIT: Apparently codes were sent via e-mail. (Wish this was mentioned somewhere...) Problem solved.

It's been mentioned a before. GOG ought to just put this on the gamecard.

Any idea how long one has to wait before getting the game keys in email? Minutes? Hours? Days?

The keys should show up right away at the bottom of the order confirmation e-mail. If you didn't get anything anywhere then send GOG support a message.

Good to know, because I don't see any. I got the "order summary" from GoG but no keys.

Ooops, nevermind, my (sort of) bad. They were in the email but they weren't being displayed when I viewed the message as text. When I swapped to HTML view in my mail program, the codes showed up. As I almost never view emails as HTML (*shudder*), it's no wonder I didn't see the codes. I've alerted GoG about this bug.

So what happens when you deleted your "order summary" email with the codes and emptied your trash? Sent an email to support, but I don't think they understand my issue.

I had the same problem, but don't worry! I wrote to support and kindly requested new keys which they sent me only few hours later.

Thank you GOG!
Yup! All is well, support had to "gift" me the games but it's done and they are in my collection.
Thanks GOG for your customer service!
