If anyone is interested in finding extra levels for Rise of the Triad a new site has recently opened:

It contains all known levels (old and new) and will continue to be THE place to find new levels and map sets.

Also, there was once a Rise of the Triad forum. Well, it's back up and running. There is a small but very active and positive group of people there. Current discussions include multiplayer, new editors and brand new map projects. Here's the link:
