I played this game on PC ages ago, and then later on Sega CD; I loved the voice acting and sound on Sega CD, but playing with a controller was pretty lame.

Does this version have the voice acting at all?

No, unfortunately they never put out any sort of CD-based "talkie" version for this one. Though I love both, I prefer the Sega CD version due to the new soundtrack, voice acting and modified color scheme.
