When I start the game it goes through the beginning "scenes" and ends up with a compass in the middle of the screen and a scarab cursor and just sits there. The cursor can be moved around, I have clicked about everywhere on the screen and nothing happens.
From the walkthroughs that I've looked at the game seems to start in Gil's camp..

Am I missing something really obvious?
