Hi,

I bought Reus a view days ago and. Today I tried to start it, but after clicking the Play Button in GOG Galaxy it becomes disabled and enabled again a view seconds later.

At the program folder I find a errorReport telling that the assembly "Microsoft.Xna.Framework.Game" couldn't be found. I'm running Windows 7 and several .NET Frameworks are installed including V4 (mentioned in the errorReport).

Has anyone an Idea whats to do to run the game?

Game requires Microsoft XNA Framework 4.0 to run, not .NET Frameworks. Afaik, intaller should have prompted for it during intallation but for what ever reason it failed to do so. I've seen others mentioning similar problems with games not installing their redistributable packages (both here and on steam) so you're not the only one but for what ever reason it only affects some systems and not others. Solution is to install what ever libraries game requires manually.
