Resonance works fine with Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 64 bit.

Just install wine package via "Ubuntu Software Center", item is called "Microsoft Windows Compatibility layer (meta package)". Then install the game and a icon in created on the desktop.

Edit:
Run 'Wine Configuration' program, this i called "Configure Wine" in the start menu of Unity. Go to 'Library' tab. Unselect 'Allow the window manager to control the windows'.

This enables Resonance to run in full screen. Also works for Gemini Rue.
