I go to the terminal in the police administration and when i trace the number it says its in the police station. I'm very confused. I looked it up cause i was beyond confused at this part. This guide online tells me to use 14a number and i never got that. Only got the 14b number....

I would really like to progress in the game and this is stopping me from doing that. please any help would be nice!

Now, the activation command to 14B should have come from another number, right? And no one tampered with phone 14B after that. So that number should be still in the device's memory.
