Hi all,

I am experiencing an annoying sound bug. It doesn't 'break' the game, but I am wondering if there is a fix.

Sometimes the sound gets 'stuck' and repeats itself. This happens when the title screen appears, but the menu is not loaded yet. It also happens when you first get out of bed, just before you're able to control the character.

Maybe the game is loading and gets stuck? (So not just a sound bug, but just a small game freeze.)

Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a fix?

I tried a couple of things in the setup and changing the Graphic Driver from Direct 3D 9 to DirectDraw 5 solved the problem.

I have no idea why, but it's working perfectly now. :)

I've had this when entering a new screen occasionally, and almost always in certain places - like going from the records room to the top of the room behind the desk in the police records building. Thanks for the fix, I'll try it out.
